I have enjoyed owning & operating 2 wildly appreciated veggie/organic/ethnic foods cafes & a catering business on the Oregon Coast. Now home in N.M., I wish to offer my services to businesses and families. Small, intimate gatherings are best for me. As an artist in other mediums, I view food as an experience to be savored and enjoyed w/passion and beauty. A big pot of soup w/bread is not too little to ask for....sometimes it's simply all that one needs! I have menu options for vegetarian/vegan and in some cases, carnivorous meals...always, respect for the creature in question is at the top of my list!
